The rooftop of de Bijenkorf you’re standing on is normally a gravel rooftop. LOLA Landscape Architects showed in the design how nature slowly makes its way through the gravel, claiming its permanent residence on the rooftop. Symbolising what we hope to achieve: permanent greening of rooftops. The green has been supplied by Nursery Ebben and the City Nursery of the municipality. The implementation was done by Donkergroen.
